It is reassuring to know that we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are here to help you.

From one hour visits to full 24 hour care, we can provide you with care staff to accommodate your needs.

Independence is important to all of us and Kardinal Healthcare provides a high standard of personal care enabling clients of all ages, with a variety of needs to live full, safe, independent lives in their own homes.

Before your care begins, our qualified nurse will visit you either in hospital before discharge or in your own home to carry out a care needs and risk assessment to determine the level of care you require. We would encourage either a relative or close friend to be present at your initial visit.

Depending on your needs we are able to provide the following:

Washing

Assisting with bathing

Dressing

We are able to visit you each morning to assist with dressing and then again in the evening to help you get ready for bed

Feeding/ Meal Preparation

Depending on your requirements. We will also take into consideration any dietary needs or religious beliefs.

Domestic Support

We can assist with household duties such as cleaning and ironing

Shopping

Write out your shopping list and we will bring it to your door and put it away. Or would you prefer someone to assist you to the shops, we are here to help.

Companionship

Sometimes living alone can be lonely. Would you like the assurance of someone being around? We can assist with basic domestic tasks, help with the gardening or maybe it’s a chat over a cup of tea with our friendly helpful carers.

Live in Care

We all know that our own homes provide us with comfort and security, it is also reassuring to be in familiar surroundings and close to friends and caring relatives. We are able to provide live in carers who will help you to maintain your independence.

We are also able to offer:

Incontinence Care - assisting with going to the toilet / managing incontinence
Rehabilitation Programmes
Administration of Medicine
High Dependency Care

Whatever your needs or requirements are, we will assess and implement a care package tailored to your individual needs which will be reviewed on a regular basis.
